Casual and comfortable. Guests are encouraged to bring hats, swimming costumes and towel, sunscreen, camera and water bottles.

In Queensland the applicable law notes: babies up to 6 months must be in a rear-facing car seat,
Children 6 months to 4 years may be in a forward-facing car seat.
Children between the ages of 4 and 7 may be in a forward facing car seat or a booster seat.

During whale season (June-October) whales are often spotted while on tour from Double Island Point Lighthouse.
Our tours cater for people with who are mobile impaired and babies over 6 months of age with booster seaters provided on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For cancellations with-in 72 hours no refund, for notice 72 hours and above a full refund will be provided or alternative date changes can be made. All no shows will be charged.
Private Charters 4×4 mini buses and Private Charter Group Bookings:
No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 14 days of the tour start time.
Bookings cancelled with more than 14 days will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour date, subject to availability.
Surf and Sand Safaris reserves the right to operate substitute vehicles, amend tour timings and itinerary without prior notification. Prices are subject to change.
